Who we are

Spectechles is a London business that buys, sells, repairs and customises smart glasses. You can contact us on WhatsApp: 07424 748463.

What we collect

Only what you send us when you get in touch, buy, sell or book a repair: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, details and photos of your glasses, and payment confirmation. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Why we use it

To reply to you, give you quotes, send and receive postage labels, complete sales and repairs, and keep records we're legally required to keep (for example, for tax).

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to do the job: couriers (to deliver or collect your parcel), payment providers, and WhatsApp (to message you). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Message history is kept for as long as needed to complete your order or repair. Sales records are kept for 6 years, as required by HMRC.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Message us on WhatsApp to do that. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
